1. How do I apply for a job? Find the Careers Page and the Job Openings link and page. 2. How do I send my resume? Once you find a job you are interested in on the Job Openings page, Click on it. It will open the job description and application. Fill in the application (resumes are optional). 3. Do I need a degree? It depends on the position you are applying for. Check the job description under the opened jobs. 4. Do I need experience? It depends on the position you are applying for. Check the job description under the opened jobs. 5. Will there be a background check? Most positions will require a background check. 6. Who pays for the background check? You will not be required to do a background check until you have reached a higher level in the hiring process.The applicant pays for the background check and will be reimbursed after 4 months in the position. If the applicant does not receive the job, the background check is not reimbursed. If the employee does not complete 4 months, the background check is not reimbursed. 7. Will I be required to have a uniform? It depends on the position you are applying for. Check the job description under the opened jobs. 8. Will I be required to drive around? It depends on the position you are applying for. Check the job description under the opened jobs. 9. Can I work from home? It depends on the position you are applying for. Check the job description under the opened jobs. 10. Can I call to find out if I got the job? Or how do I know if I got the job? We will contact you via email. According to the number of applicants, it may take as much as 2 weeks to notify someone that they have been selected. If you are not emailed within 2 weeks, you have not been selected for the position you applied. 11. When can I apply again? Applicants may apply for positions every 12 months. 12. When do I get paid? We process paychecks every 2 weeks. 13. Is there training? Training is required for some positions and optional for others. All training completed will be recorded on your employment page and will give you points towards career moves within the organization. 14. What kind of training? Ethics, Safety, Sales, Customer Service and any other training which will improve personnel performance. 15. Where is training conducted? Most training is conducted online and will include a personnel response form of 5-10 questions. 16. What will I get paid? Salaries depend on the position you are applying for. Check the job description under the opened jobs. 17. What about raises? Raises are conducted after one year of service and are done yearly. Raises depend on job performance, productivity and training. 18. I have insurance questions? If your position includes insurance coverage you will be contacted by the Risk Management department by email and U.S. mail. 19. What about termination? If you decide to leave your employment or contract with us, we will appreciate 2 weeks notification. You will receive your final pay when all termination documents have been received and processed (within 2 weeks). Anyone committing illegal and/or unethical acts while working with Advertising Professional Solutions will be terminated immediately.
